CBHR was founded by Senitra Blackburn.
Senitra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from The University of Alabama and a Master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Troy University.
Ms. Blackburn is a member of the Birmingham Society for Human Resource Management where she is the VP of Programs. She is also a member of the Birmingham Urban League Young Professionals, the Birmingham Change Fund, and the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce where she is an Ambassador. Senitra holds a license to sell life, health, variable, property, and casualty insurance in the State of Alabama and she is a Certified Personnel Consultant.
The CBHR team has experience that includes recruiting, employee benefits, training, consulting, sales, customer service, employee development, and project management. Our goal is to provide our clients with professional, prompt, and efficient service. A dedicated team member will work with each client to assure all of your needs are met.
